KÖHL divides/halves or detaches stripped bales for the following process steps 

• Bale Divider - Precisely divides C48 tobacco bales into two halves for optimal blends. Stainless steel pallets with RFID enable secure data handling.
• Bale slicer - Continuous tobacco flow thanks to adaptive cutting width and sensor measurement. Suitable for all tobacco types and pack formats.
• Bale breaker - Breaks up dry tobacco bales in layers with rotating pins for subsequent processing.
