Loop conveyor line & shelf sorting system for a throughput of 35,000 crates per day
The transport system consists of a dedicated loop conveyor line and a shelf sorting system with several shafts on multiple levels. It handles the sorting and picking of empty boxes. Frequently recurring A articles are removed from the conveyor line, stacked by type on pallets and parked at a floor station. B/C articles are transported via the loop section to the shelf sorting system and stored there. A clear system visualization supports simple and user-friendly handling of the system.
