Your Training Focus

  • Administration of Microsoft infrastructure
  • Installation & configuration of new and existing desktops, notebooks & printers
  • Remote support for users
  • Recording support cases in the helpdesk tool & resolving first-level issues
  • Central point of contact for all users regarding IT problems

Your Profile

  • Interest in information technology
  • Successful completion of secondary school (equivalent to mittlerer Schulabschluss)
  • Mathematical understanding & logical reasoning skills
  • Structured, goal-oriented and conscientious work style
  • Team spirit, initiative, flexibility & commitment
  • Basic English language skills are desirable
